GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Breakfast will start on the second day of the itinerary.
- Rooms in Munnar/Thekkady/Coorg/Wayanad/Ooty/Kodaikanal will be non – A/C as hill stations.
- Standard hotel Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours& Check-Out Timings: 1000 – 1200 Hours.
- Early check-in or late checkout at a hotel is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
- The Vehicle is available for use between 0800 AM to 0800 PM which covers the sightseeing and journey time.
- During the journey, if you pay any amount without our concern, we will not be responsible.
- Houseboat check-in is at 1200 noon and checkout at 0900 AM. In A/C deluxe or super deluxe houseboat, A/C will be operating from 0900 PM to 0600 AM.
- Premium Houseboat A/c Will work full time and Fully Glass covered Boat.
- Houseboat will cruise from 12 noon till sun-set around 0530 PM and morning cruise will be from 0800 AM to 0900 AM, as per govt. rule.

- Gala dinner on 24th Dec – Christmas/31st Dec – New year eve will be extra at actual cost.
- We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to flight delay/cancellation, bad weather, road closure, landslides, accidents, strikes or local political conditions, etc.
- Rates are subject to change if any increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies
CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUND POLICIES
- In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to Parrot Vacations by Main/Phone.
- Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation letter.
- If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 5 days free of Cost,
- if the Selected date on Blackout dates then the cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period
- From 09 days up to 05 days before of service, 0 % of total cost will be deducted
- From 05 days up to 03 Days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
- Between 03 Days to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted
- In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost will be deducted
Payment Policy
- Initial Booking Amount 30% for Tour Package
- 100 % Payment 1st Day of the Tour / On arrival At First Destination
- flights/Trains/Bus included, then you need to pay 100% of the Ticket cost at the time of booking.
- In case of payment through credit/debit card, 2.5% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
